Here you will find a heated therapy pool with water massage, bubble loungers and a waterfall, several saunas, and a selection of spa treatments using products from Thalgo. For a little extra wellbeing, choose one of our spa day packages or combine your time at the spa with an overnight stay. Whether you join us for a few hours or a full weekend, the spa is a place to slow down and spend the day at your own pace.

Prices

  • Hotel guests: NOK 290 for the first day, NOK 150 for each following day
  • Children under 16 staying at the hotel: NOK 150 (11:00–13:00)
  • Day visitors, adults: NOK 400
  • Day visitors, children under 16: NOK 290

Children

  • Children are welcome in the spa from 11:00–13:00
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over

Pause your journey for warm water, good food and dedicated skincare by Lake Hurdalsjøen. In addition, you have a full day to find your own pace. Lunch, spa access and a 50-minute Hydra Marine facial are all included. Come alone or bring someone close, and contact us in advance to reserve your spa day.

Our heated therapy pool features a waterfall, water massage and a comfortable bubble lounger. Start the day with a few gentle laps, take a break between sauna visits, or simply spend a quiet moment looking out over Lake Hurdalsjøen.

The therapy pool is designed for rest and wellbeing. Water massage and the bubble lounger add a soothing element to your time in the spa, while the waterfall creates a calm atmosphere. Large windows bring the surrounding nature indoors and offer views of Lake Hurdalsjøen throughout the year.

The pool is included with spa admission and is available to all guests with valid spa access.

At Hurdalsjøen Hotell & Spa, you will find several saunas both indoors and outdoors. Settle into the warmth and peaceful surroundings while your body takes a well-deserved break.

We offer five different saunas, both indoors and outdoors.

Choose a traditional indoor sauna, an outdoor sauna overlooking the surrounding nature, or our floating sauna for something a little different. Many guests combine the sauna with time in the therapy pool or a spa treatment, while others simply stay a little longer and appreciate the quiet. The saunas are included with spa admission and are available to all guests with valid spa access.
